Peruvian Chicken with Traditional Aji (Green) Sauce

Chicken thighs (or your preferred cut) that is first marinated in traditional Peruvian flavors, then grilled/broiled and served with a delicious green sauce made with cilantro, jalapeno, scallions, garlic, yogurt and lime juice.



Cider Draped Cod on a Bed of Saute Spinach and Shallots

New England Cod Roasted and draped with a homemade cider sauce. 
Served on a bed of Wilted Spinach and shallots.



Classic Bolognese
Can't go wrong with a classic Italian staple like Bolognese. 
Ground Pork and Beef are sauteed with aromatics and vegetables. 
Simmered in Tomato sauce infused with Parmesan rind and a touch of cream. 
Served over Linguine.



Seared Tips with a Rustic Provencal Sauce

Sirloin Tips are seasoned with Herbs de Provence, pan seared and then simmered in a rustic tomato sauce infused

with nicoise olives, red onion and garlic.



Chicken Blanquette

Chicken breast gently poached in a flavorful broth which is then reduced and made into a velvety sauce that

blankets the chicken and vegetables.   Another classic french dish that hearty, simple and delicious.
