Let us know what your meal needs are.
We then contact you back and have a quick free consultation.
We discuss your specific needs and then come up with a meal plan that best suits your family dinner needs.
Here's some of our
meal plan packages we offer.
We schedule your service dates and have you fill out a quick form that provides us with your food and dietary parameters.
Using our
extensive menu, you decide on the menu choices you want to order.
You then send us a quick text of those selections.
On the day of service, we purchase all the fresh ingredients for the menu items you selected.
We spend a few hours that day cooking all your healthy meals.
We package them up, label each container, deliver and stock up your fridge with fresh meals for the week or two weeks.
As a personalized service, we follow up with you a few days later and see how things are going. If any adjustments need to be made, you let us know.
