The "Sheppards Pie" of Chile is one way to describe this traditional dish.

Saute of Beef with onions, garlic and select herbs and spices. 
Layered with a hard boil egg, raisins, and spanish olives and

topped off with a grated corn topping seasoned with fresh Basil.

Greek Style Baked Cod
6 oz Cod baked in the oven with onions, cherry tomatoes, olives, lemon, fresh dill and feta cheese.

Lemon "Pesto" Topped Salmon Steak

A deliciously sweet tangy topping of lemons, basil and pine nuts heighten the rich flavors

of our oven roasted Atlantic Salmon.  A great summer type dish
