Grilled , sliced and topped with a delicious Pico de Gallo. 



Portuguese Inspired Cod and Potatoes

Delicately simmered Cod served with new potatoes draped in a tomato, chorizo and caper sauce



Charleston Style Shrimp
A robust trinity of peppers, onions, garlic and andouille sausage are tossed with shrimp draped in a classic brown roux.



Grilled Chicken with Root Beer BBQ sauce

Boneless Chicken thighs (or breast) seasoned and grilled and basted with a BBQ made with root beer.



Aussie Meat Pie

A rich and delicious classic Australian style savory pie made with shredded beef and select vegetables. 

All rounded out with the flavors of nutmeg, cider vinegar, worcesterhire and more. 

Finally incased in pastry dough and baked until golden brown.
